Apple’s Standard EULA
Use of the Warmtrace iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the disclosures on this page and the Warmtrace Privacy Policy.
What Warmtrace provides
Warmtrace is an organizational memory-journaling tool for linking written memories with selected photos and videos. Features may include search, anniversary resurfacing, widgets, Keepsakes, exports, private iCloud sync, and optional purchase-based creation access.
Warmtrace is not a guaranteed archival or backup service. Keep independent copies of photos, videos, exports, and other material you cannot afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
- Use only content you are permitted to store and share.
- Review every Keepsake or export before sending it.
- Keep your device, Apple Account, and exported files secure.
- Maintain appropriate backups of important content.
- Use Warmtrace and this website lawfully.
Purchases and subscriptions
Warmtrace may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple displays the localized price, billing period, and purchase terms before confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple Account settings within Apple’s required timeframe. Apple handles payment, restoration, cancellation, and refund eligibility.
A purchase unlocks creation beyond the free memory limit while its entitlement is valid. Existing memories remain viewable, searchable, restorable, synced, tagged, exportable, and available to the widget regardless of purchase status.
Photos, iCloud, and availability
Warmtrace depends on Apple frameworks and services including Photos, iCloud, local notifications, authentication, and StoreKit. Availability can depend on your permissions, device, Apple Account, network, storage, and Apple service status. Ashraya Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of an unavailable Photos original or private iCloud record.
Changes
Warmtrace may be updated, corrected, limited, or discontinued to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, and product quality. If these website disclosures materially change, the effective date above will be updated.
